Great experience for Kathmandu, EBC and Bhutan

I booked with Outfitter Nepal because they had a great deal with a group buying site. Because it was so cheap, I didn't really expect much but I was very pleasantly surprised the whole way through.

The trip I booked was to Everest Base Camp Trek and included a few nights in Kathmandu too. I extended my trip for a few extra days/nights and also to Bhutan. Outfitter Nepal were great in responding to my emails promptly and answering all my questions.

When I arrived there was someone there to pick me up - anytime I had to get to/from the airport Outfitter Nepal ensured there was someone there to take me or pick me up which was great not having to navigate with taxis and being ripped off.

The guides they organized for the trek and city tour were very courteous and did everything they could to make sure that I was enjoying myself.

Unfortunately I got sick on my trek but Outfitter Nepal were faultless in their handling of it. They contacted my insurance to make sure I would be covered, sent someone to visit me when I got to emergency and the director came to visit me in hospital the next day. As a solo traveler who didn't know anybody else in Nepal I was very pleasantly surprised.

Outfitter Nepal were great. I would recommend them to anyone and would travel with them again!
