Kathmandu

The capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu, is the gateway to most adventures and tours in Nepal. The city is also noted as the "City of Temples" due to the uncountable number of temples. Expect to find a temple, big or small, after every few minutes of walk in Kathmandu.

The residents of Kathmandu, the Newari people, have upheld their ancient traditions, culture, and architectural styles to this day. You'll have the impression that you're in some old towns at certain places in Kathmandu.

You'll tour the Kathmandu Durbar Square, Syambhunath Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, and Bouddhanath Stupa while in Kathmandu. Each of these locations holds immense value and is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Syambhunath is a significant Buddhist shrine, whereas Pashupatinath is a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The size of Bouddhanath's Buddhist stupas may be the greatest you've ever seen, and Kathmandu Durbar Square's historic buildings will astound you.

Pokhara

Pokhara is the next stop on your 7 Days Tour in Nepal. This lovely lake city is a tourist favorite because it is less populated than Kathmandu and rich in natural beauty. Pokhara, located in the foothills of the giant Himalayas in the center of Nepal, is also a base point for the popular trekking destination of Nepal, such as Annapurna Base Camp. Hence, Pokhara, with its glorious and magnetic natural beauty, always seems alive with the jaunty trekkers and backpackers.

Some of the enjoyable activities you'll part-take in Pokhara as a part of our 7 Days Tour in Nepal are boating in Phewa Lake, visiting Tal Barahi in the middle of the lake, touring holy temples, pristine waterfalls, and magnificent caves, and admiring the breathtaking Himalayan sunrise against the Annapurna Range from Sarangkot.

Nagarkot

Only 30 kilometers east of Kathmandu, Nagarkot is a beautiful hill station that offers a distant yet clear view of the Himalayas. The hotel view of snow-clad mountains at the top of green hills with the background of the vast blue sky melts your heart away. Ending a tiring day with a soothing sunset and waking up to the exquisite sunrise is the highlight of your stay in Nagarkot.

Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur is one of the 3 districts in the Kathmandu valley and is the most preserved in terms of its ancient architecture and culture. You'll find small alleys packed with traditional Newari houses and people wearing traditional clothes and speaking in their distinct Newar language.

On the final day of 7 Days Tour in Nepal, you'll be taken to Bhaktapur. You may explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nyatapol, Pottery Square, Shidha Pokhari, and its surroundings in this historic city. You may learn interesting things about Nepalese history at the Durbar Square Museum and spend some time in the wonderful atmosphere of the durbar square.

From the viewpoint, the scenery of Pokhara city and Phewa Lake is a real treat for the eyes.

Best Time for 7 Days Tour in Nepal

Outfitter Nepal conducts the 7 Days Tour in Nepal all year around. When you want to join the trip is entirely upon you. You don't really have to worry about the weather since all of these locations are in Nepal's hilly region, which is recognized for its temperate climate.

You'll be traveling by road in a luxurious tourist vehicle, so there's no reason to worry about the heat or the rain. However, avoid the rainy months of June, July, and August, as landslides could cause roadblocks. The winter months of December, January, and February are also tolerable as the minimum temperature goes up to 2 or 3 degrees Celsius. You can easily get around by wearing a few layers of thick clothing.

      Nepal with Bala

I had the privilege of visiting Nepal just over 2 years ago, this is one beautiful country. Trekking over mountains, virtually untouched and pure. We had the most wonderful tour guide Balram Khadka (Bala) and 2 young men that carried our bags. If I get the opportunity I will be back to do another trek and would definitely be requesting Bala to be my tour guide again.
