Things you should know before going on Khopra Danda Trek
Khopra Ridge Trek itinerary
Khopra Danda Trekking starts with a day drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You then take a short drive to Nayapul and start the trek by following the trial of Ghandruk-Ghorepani to Tadapani. Further, following a remote trail to Khopra ridge for the next 5 days staying at the community lodges, you reach at Kopra lodge at 3,660 meters. It is the highest point of the trek, which is above the Poon Hill. You return to Ghorepani via Swanta village. Continue along the original trail of the Ghorepani trek to return to Pokhara.
Khopra Ridge Trek difficulty
Khopra Ridge Trek is an easy to moderate trek that presents the perfect balance of adventure and smooth trekking experience. This trek is an ideal option for anyone including the beginner trekkers. Previous trekking experience is not needed, but have to be in good health. You have to walk for around 5 to 6 hours on a daily basis, therefore good stamina is required.
