Few Steps for Booking Our Trip and Make Payment:

1: Select your Trip:

Please select Trip that you want to buy from us as we have plenty of Tour Program on our website and if you cannot find the program that you need then please Contact us with your requirement then we will offer you suitable tailor-made/customized Program and we will communicate through email and once both parties are agree then we will suggest you how to book and make payment and if you want to book the pre-planned Program then we have two types of Tour which are as below:

Fixed Date Departure Group Trip: We have some of the program that have fixed dates and if you are looking for group tour then find your program and Select the date you want to travel and Click on Book now Bottom and add number of People for the trip, then you will be redirected  to the booking form, fill the form carefully and click on Confirm and Continue then you will get the Online payment form and Pay online as you are required to make the 10% payment in advance in order to confirm the Tour and once you pay the amount then you will receive the Invoice for your payment then we will communicate through email for the further steps.

Other Trips: if the date that we have selected are not suitable for you then please click on the Request for the Own Departure then you will get the form, please fill the form carefully and send us then we will let you know the availability as most of the Tours are possible to departure on any date of the year and some of the Program that we have does not have departure dates and they can be departed on every day or some need to have minimum number of people to be departed so, Request us for the Own Departure, or Contact us, or Quick inquiry to us or if you need customized Holidays then Click on customized this trip and send us with your specific Requirement then we can communicate and final your program.

2: Modes of payment:

Online Payment: You are able to pay online now to book your trip in Nepal and you are required to make the 10% payment in advance in order to confirm the trek and it will be automatically calculated once you book through the Departure date and we will send you the online payment form/link for the other trips that are confirmed through the email.

Bank/Swift Transfer: You can pay the deposit through the Swift Bank transfer as well and Our bank detail is given below for the Bank Transfer.
